Juana Adcock

Juana Adcock is a Mexican poet writing in both English and Spanish. She is the author of Manca (Tierra Adentro), Vestigial (Stewed Rhubarb), Dolly Parton y la traducción imposible (UANL), and Split (Blue Diode), which was a Poetry Book Society Choice. She is co-editor of the anthology of poetry by Latin American women, Temporary Archives (Arc Publications), and her translations include the Mè’phàà poet Hubert Matiúwàa’s The Dogs Dreamt, Laura Wittner’s Translation of the Route (Bloodaxe/PTC) and Lola Ancira’s The Sadness of Shadows (MTO Press). She regularly performs at literary festivals internationally.
